HELPFUL HINT: This BLUE PULLEY & BEARING, that is located on the spring plate in the water trough (position #4 in the owner's manual), is that part that tends to cause the most trouble on Taurus Ring Saws. If your belt is slipping or jumping off or you encounter blades that break or bind, I would suggest looking at this part first. Make sure that the spring plate can travel up and down freely and make sure that all the Blue Pulleys and especially this one in particular can spin freely. I make a regular habit of giving each bearing a little squirt of WD-40 to lubricate and slow the water and glass grit and debris from getting inside the bearings.
