If the order contains MEDIUM or LARGE pieces, including stock sheets cut down to MEDIUM or LARGE pieces, then you must add the appropriate Boxing fee to your shopping cart:

STOCK SHEETS BY UPS

We cut stock sheets for UPS delivery. Our stock sheet boxing system allows us to pack up to five stock sheets of glass, depending on the stock sheet size, in one box with a shipping weight of 50-55 lbs. Due to weight and dimensional sizes of the carriers this will typically limit the amount of glass ship-able in one box to be around 20-27 square feet of glass.

NOTE: Stock sheets by UPS do not have volume discounts.

Also note that the maximum glass cut size that will fit in our UPS-able boxes is 18x24". Any glass pieces wider than 18" and/or longer than 24" will require custom boxing or crating. Call for details.

ORDERING GLASS BY MOTOR FREIGHT
Shipping full stock sheets via Motor Freight requires careful crating and palletizing to ensure safe arrival. Up to three crates or six mini crates can be shipped on the same pallet. Please add for crate and pallet:

$49.00/crate ($75/crate for less than $600 stock sheets; $90/crate for exports; $90/crate for for oversize glass (more than 48” length or 36” width)
$19.00/pallet ($49/pallet for exports or oversize glass sheets)
$22.00/pallet for lead/zinc/copper/brass came (up to 10 bx/pallet)
Minimum order for glass and shipped motor freight is $250. Crate, pallet and other supplies shipped with the glass are NOT included in the minimum order. Glass orders for less than the minimum will be billed at $250.
Your order will be shipped PREPAID with the motor freight charges added to your invoice. When your glass arrives, you must be prepared to unload it from the truck. The driver's obligation is to bring the freight to the tailgate. We can arrange for liftgate delivery for you. There is an extra charge for this service which varies by carrier. You may arrange shipment to a friend's place with a loading dock or pick your crate up at the truck terminal. Let us know if there are any special delivery instructions.

To save crating and freight charges, we may cut stock sheets in half. Please let us know if this is NOT acceptable.

ORDERING GLASS FOR PICK UP
Please call your order in so we can have your order ready when you arrive. But we don't discourage you from stopping in and browsing our glass racks! You will find UPS'able sheets cut and ready for your selection in our showroom plus tens of thousands of stock sheets in our warehouse. We do not have full warehouse staff available on weekends or evenings. If you wish to browse the warehouse racks then, please call two days in advance so we can schedule extra staff for you. We are happy to cut your stock sheets in half. Crates are $25, and you may bring it back to refill on your next trip. Our insurance does not allow us to load loose sheets into your vehicle. We will help load crated glass into vans or pickups, but not car trunks or backseats. If you have a cap on your pickup, you need at least 38" clearance to load crates. We have a convenient indoor loading area for cars, vans and pickups.
