Placing Your Order
Most orders received by noon and shipping via UPS or USPS will ship the same day, next business day at the latest, provided the materials are in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays or weekends. Note that our Minimum Retail Order is $25 in merchandise.
We cannot guarantee travel time. Consider any transit times shown as an estimate. For urgent orders, we can arrange Next Day or Second Day deliveries. Please call us at 1-800-828-7159 for details and costs.
Will Call Orders
If you wish to pick your order up at our Showroom, please select "PICK UP AT SUNSHINE" in the shipping section on the check out page. Please include day and time you would like to make your visit so we have your order ready. Will Call Orders may select "Cash/Checks/Credit Card - Will Call Only" as an option on the payment page.
Credit Cards
We accept credit cards for payment.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card. Please be sure to provide
your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone
number your credit card bank has on file for you) as incorrect information will delay processing
your order.
Multiple Item Orders
For multiple item orders, we will make every attempt to ship everything at the
same time. Products that are unavailable will be shipped as they become
available if they are expected shortly. You will only be charged for shipping
at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this
shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple
shipment order.
Out of stock items that aren’t expected soon will be canceled and you will not be charged for them.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which
will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products
that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate
shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Taxes
Our store will automatically charge sales tax for orders to be delivered to
addresses in New
York State. For orders shipped to other areas, you are
responsible for any sales or other taxes that may apply.
Returns
If we have made an error in filling your order, we will cover the cost of item
replacement and returns.
If the error was yours, you will be responsible for return costs and any additional cost to ship the replacement.
If an item is no longer needed, you will be responsible for the return costs.

Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Incomplete returns or returns of goods not in resalable condition will not be refunded.
We recommend insuring returns of high value items.
Credits will be applied to the original payment method.
We are unable to accept returns on glass, came, books and Last Call discontinued items. Items that have been damaged by abuse or misuse cannot be given credit.
All warranty claims must be made to the manufacturer of the item. Sunshine Glassworks is not an authorized service center for any product. You may contact us for assistance in getting warranty work.
Damage, Shortage or Defective Items
We work hard to be sure your
orders are complete and properly packaged for safe delivery.
Should your order arrive damaged, please have the delivery person make a notation when delivered.
Contact us at 1-800-828-7159 to report any damage, missing or defective items and we will work with you to get things right.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or
other error in pricing, Sunshine Glassworks Ltd shall have the right to refuse
or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will
issue an immediate refund in cases where your card has already been charged. .
Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase
from Sunshine Glassworks Ltd, you provide your name, email address, credit card
information, address, and phone number. We use this information to process your
order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your
shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced
