3/4" and 1" Bevels are often called
pencil bevels as the beveled edges come to a "peak" or "pencil
line". There is no flat "plateau" on these bevels. As a result,
these bevels are very bright and prismatic, giving extra flash to
your beveled borders.
Measurements of our bevels, as shown below, are referenced in the
drawings above. The "A" measurement refers to the width of the
bevel, the "B" to the length and are shown in A-B order in our
listing below. |

Special Hint for Using
3/4" Series Bevels
3/4" Series Bevels are lifesavers
when your bevel border doesn't come out to an even inch. If
you have a 2" wide border that comes out to a fractional
dimension, use 3/4 x 2" bevels to make up the difference.
EXAMPLE: You have a 2" wide border that needs to be
12-3/4" long.
SOLUTION: Use 2x2" squares at each end (uses 4" of the
12-3/4"), then two pieces 2x4" (makes up 12" total) with a 3/4
x 2" bevel in the middle. You get your 12-3/4" border length
plus a very nice accent piece in the middle.
Use two 3/4"
bevels to make up 1½ inches, three to make up 2¼". |
