AQUA FLOW SYSTEM
The Aqua Flow System uses a special brush to apply water directly to your bit.

  • Applies a constant flow of water to your grinding bit

  • Won't dry out, won't clog up with sludge

  • Bristles will constantly clean the grinder bit

  • Maximizes the grinder bit life
INSTALLATION AND USE
When starting to grind or when the grinder has been idle for a while, splash a few drops of water over the brush bristles. This will hydrate the brush to start grinding

  • Discard Sponge
     

  • Remove grinder work surface
     

  • Install grinder bit on the shaft
     

  • Slide brush on to the Aqua Flow holder

  • Snap the self-locking holder between the grinder shaft and the reservoir back wall
    The Aqua Flow Brush will be touching the grinder bit
     

  • Fill the reservoir with water.
    There needs to be at least 1/8" of water in the reservoir to properly work.
     

  • Align the grinder work surface over the Aqua Flow brush and grinder bit
    Set the work surface in place and you are ready to go!
     

To maintain optimum performance of your Aqua Flow System, every once in a while, wash the brush and holder with warm water to remove any excess debris.

The Aqua Flow System will not fit:

  • ANY Gryphon model

  • Glastar Starlet G-5

  • Older Glastar and other models from the 80's and 90's

  • NOTE: The Aqua Flow System for Inland Grinders has been discontinued by Techniglass
