A drop from the red tube, a drop from the black tube, mix well with a toothpick. The webmaster mixes his on a scrap of window glass as it gives you a smooth surface that allows you to pick up every last bit with no waste. And when you're done, toss the scrap out.

This is a tried and true adhesive that has been a solid seller for years. E-6000 has the strength of epoxy, but no mixing is required. Sets up quickly, Great for gluing glass to glass or glass to metal.
