COVID-19 UPDATE |
At this time, we are open for in-store shopping at our warehouse
and showroom. Just a couple details:
- Face coverings are
OPTIONAL. Mandates have been lifted. Wear a mask if you
like, and if you would like the staff member that is assisting
you to wear a mask, please ask.
- Whenever possible, please call ahead
with items that we can have pulled and set aside for your
arrival. That way you won't have to wait and watch us run around
pulling your order and entering it on the computer.
CURBSIDE PICKUP SHOPPING
For those that prefer,
Curbside Pickup is an option.
No appointment is required (although 24 hour notice is
appreciated).

Our shipping department is working
hard to get your orders out as always. In almost every case, lead time is just one
business day or less for UPS/Priority Mail orders. Our warehouse is operating
as usual and new
inventory is arriving on a daily basis.

To avoid confusion, please
use our Catalog Numbers for all items on your order.

When ordering glass, please
specify the catalog number you require. All glass that you have
purchased from us earlier is tagged with the catalog number to make
re-orders easy and accurate. We will accept orders with generic
descriptions such as "orange opal" but we WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR
EXCHANGES.

After your order is pulled and
checked, we will e-mail/fax a copy of your Sales Order so you may
review for accuracy, any out-of-stocks and pricing. Please review
the Sales Order carefully as returns/refunds will not be possible.

Once you have approved the Sales
Order, we will charge your credit card. We will not be working with
cash or checks.

Pick-ups can be made between
10 and 5 on Tues, Weds, Thurs and between 10 and 3 on Fridays. No
pick ups Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

When your order is prepped for
pick up, we will call and advise. Please call 716-668-2918 when you
are in our parking lot, and we will bring your order out.

Please be prepared to load your
vehicle. We will not be able to assist. Bring a friend to help if
you won’t be able to load on your own.

Restrooms will NOT be available.

If desired, bring gloves, hand
sanitizer or disinfecting wipes.

Add-ons, exchanges or returns at time of pick up will
not be possible

No returns or exchanges. If you
have specific needs for your materials, such as color mix, density,
texture etc., please let us know when your order is placed. We will
do our best to pull product that meets your needs but cannot accept
returns.
