Quick Fit Bit System™
This unique system of grinding heads utilizes a reusable bit holder and high-tech diamond sleeves to create a cost effective solution for replacing your traditional grinding heads. Key benefits include:
• Made in USA.
• Low cost diamond sleeves (nearly half the cost of comparable grinding heads)
• Bit holder is made from high impact plastic, eliminating oxidation and possibility of seizure of the bit on the grinding shaft.
• Bit sleeve is cushioned by an industrial elastomer on the bit holder which absorbs and diffuses vibration and reduces glass chipping
• No tools or keys are needed to remove or re-position the grinding bit – just flip the locking lever up to re-position the grinding bit or remove the bit holder; and flip the lever down to lock everything in place.
