LARGE piece 16x24in (see below for required BOXING fees)

Youghiogheny produces many glasses that appear different in their cold form but will “strike” or mature to a target color when fired to the right temperature. These "striker" styles are marked with an asterisk (*). Unfired sheets may tend to appear more translucent. Opals will fire best if capped or if overglazes are used.

IMPORTANT BOXING INFORMATION:

If the order contains MEDIUM or LARGE pieces, including stock sheets cut down to MEDIUM or LARGE pieces, then you must add the appropriate Boxing fee to your shopping cart:

- Click here to add MEDIUM BOX FEE for MEDIUM pieces including 10x16, 12x12, 12x16" sheets (up to 15 pieces/box)

- Click here to add LARGE BOX FEE for LARGE pieces including 12x24, 16x20, 16x24" sheets (up to 9 pieces/box)

There is NO boxing fee for SMALL pieces (up to 8x12").

Youghiogheny Glass manufactures the Y96 and Uro by Yough Fusible Sheet Glass. This growing line of System 96 compatible glass contains a wide range of opal, cathedral and mixed color blends. The glasses are thoroughly tested utilizing established System 96 guidelines and a dilatometer. Fusing tests are examined with a polariscope to ensure the products fit the set market standards in System 96 Fusing. These handrolled sheets can have variations within and between sheets.
